I was enrolled in the Self-Paced: The Essential Guide for Student-Centered Coaching. I personally liked learning online at my own pace. It felt like I got the same information had I been sitting in front of her during a class. There are very beneficial articles and downloads that will be a great benefit to me as a first time instructional coach for my district.

This course was extremely helpful in moving my coaching work to the next level. I appreciated the timely feedback from the instructors and the opportunity to discuss the course content with other participants through online posts and comments. The Essential Guide for Student-Centered Coaching (Sweeney and Harris) has many valuable tools to help navigate coaching. I will definitely be recommending this book and course to all of my coaching colleagues!

Student Centered Coaching is providing a much needed structure to my work as a rookie Instructional Coach! I have really appreciated these self-paced learning opportunities to reflect on new knowledge and make an explicit plan to implement this information next year. This course helped me create a plan for how I will work with my instructional coach. I appreciated taking the course with my coach so we can plan how we will work together to get a bigger impact out of the coaching role.
